THE CHALLENGE
Virgin Media asked us to produce standout video assets to drive views and audience engagement. The brief was to improve brand affinity and cut through the noise, while at the same time positioning the brand as the go-to telecoms provider due to its fast and reliable broadband.

THE STRATEGY
The strategy? Pizza, obvs! Welcome to the stage, Two Hearts Pizzeria. A state-of-the-art holographic pizza parlour experience, powered by Virgin Media’s superfast broadband, connected loved ones in London and Edinburgh who hadn’t seen each other for months due to the pandemic. Family and friends would get to eat pizza opposite the people they were missing so much, making them feel back to “normal” for a time… or as close as it was possible to get at the time. A whopping 25 social films were created in 5 days, as well as long-form for earned and owned channels, and short-form for YT, TT, Insta and FB.

THE CREATIVE
Reactions were the name of the game in the creative. An experience that is bound to evoke so much emotion needed careful capture to really show what it meant to those taking part. And we were not short of those reactions. As the holographic images of loved ones appeared from all the way across the UK, the shock and delight was more than apparent.
